What service do I need?
Basic Service
fork, shock, seatpost
After 50 hours of riding or twice per year, to restore and prevent wear
You need this if:
• 50 hours riding time, or sooner in harsh conditions
• Friction, or stiction
• Oil or dirt residue on stanchions/ shock body
Includes:
• Dust wipers/ foam rings, crush washers for forks
• Air can seals and quad-rings, sag o-ring for shocks
• New grease and oil for chassis/ air can.
• Thorough cleaning and inspection
Our 50 hour service opens your fork/ shock to clear away debris, replace grease and oil, and replace the seals that take the brunt of the abuse. This service restores sensitive and supple action for your suspension to glide with minimal friction.
Complete Service

After 100-200 hours of riding or once per year, to restore and prevent wear
You need this if:
• 100-200 hours of riding without full service
• Low compression/ lockout force, issues with rebound
• Abnormal feeling/ noise, knocking, or leaking
Includes:
• Complete rebuild
• New seals for chassis, spring, damper, knobs
• Nitrogen gas charge for all shocks
• Vacuum bleeding for compatible forks and shocks
Full service of your shock or fork disassembles the chassis, springs, and valving assemblies. It replaces dynamic seals, static seals, glide-rings, dust wipers, oils and grease. If you're at 200 hours or having issues, your suspension will feel brand new again after this service.
